In terms of grounds and maintenance, I haven't had any real problems with Avalon Grove. However, the management team is aweful. They are extremely unresponsive and generally rude. In addition, considering that they work in the complex, you would think that they might actually know something about a rental agreement or the terms of their leases - but no, that's expecting too much. While the apartment overall is fairly nice, stay away, if only because of the inept management staff.
