Avalon's are the absolute worst places to live. I lived in 3 different ones just to give them the benefit of the doubt but they are all the same. You are charged for things you never even use. $250.00 fee for common area use''!! I NEVER used any of the common areas yet I had to pay for it. The apartments a small and cramped, the walls paper thin, and the management is useless. I hated all 3 and will never live in an avalon property ever again.
