I've lived at Avalon Grove for over a year, and I think that the place is very pretty, the grounds are kept up well, and management I find IS helpful. When we have a problem, we go straight to Oscar, who is very nice, and wants to make you happy - I don't really know about the other ones. My biggest and only complaint is that it is TOO noisy. I understand we are in downtown Stamford, but I don't need to be woken up at mid-night when the drunks are coming home from the bars and yelling, singing, and loitering . Don't be rude, go play somewhere else!! If you are able to get into the courtyard on the side w/o the pool, I would go for it!
