402 Apartments but feels like a small, comfortable resort community - the center courtyards are an absolute works of art and the interiors are designed in a way that makes me say "yes, I live in one of the most beautiful communities in Stamford! please come over and visit me here - you'll see for yourself why I love to come home here". Plus most of what I ever need is either in the community as an ammenity or w/in walking distance of my front doors.

The leasing office works hard to keep everything on-track because the community is so so large and close to fully leased at any given time but what helps me is that the people there really do care about each other. Oscar the community manager, for example, will do anything he can to help a resident whenever it is physically possible and withing the corporate / business guidlines that he has been given to work with..... he has done such a great job - the community is continuously being updated, serviced and renovated so that all the residents feel like they are in the best place avalon can create for them. All in all he is a great manager with a top knotch business education, a big heart & smile - he knows that the community's success is all about putting the residents first and having a happy work environment for the staff.

Avalon Grove is a picture of luxury - as close to perfect as humanly possible.

Haha! I've lived hear 2 years, and never knew how many apartments there were. You can bet your a** that someone who works there wrote this. Shame on you!
