We lived there for a month and didn't really experience any problems. I guess the biggest one was the noise. Not from the neighbors but from the outside. Our apartment overlook Broad St which is extremely noisy, not only during the day but also at night. Apparently because of a nearby hospital, there were ambulances going up and down Broad with sirens on all the time. So, if you can, go for an inside apartment. The courtyard, pool are nice. Location is great -- within a short walking distance from all the restaurants, clubs, theaters in downtown Stamford. The train station is only 15 minutes away by foot.

If you have more than 1 car, parking could be a problem, although we almost always managed to find a visitor's spot for the 2nd car.

The bottom line: not a bad place for a short stay. Wouldn't probably want to live there for a long time.
