All in all Avalon Grove is a great place to live.
The apartments are good, pool is nice and there are plenty of grills.
I must say, however, that management needs to do a much better job of being responsive to the residents.
For example, the elevator seems to be broken every other week and sometimes takes days to fix.
Another current issue is that the gate to the garage has been broken for several days now.
The consierge leaves at 11 and isn't in the parking area anyway, so anyone can walk right into the garage without anyone noticing.
Based on the price that residents pay, compared to other rentals, the Avalon Grove management needs to do a much better job of catering to its residents.
