The new staff at Avalon Grove are careless, completely disinterested in their job and in the comfort of the residents, non-accommodating, and ignorant of their rude behavior. The former crew were caring, compassionate, and understanding - everything that the this new crew is not.

Bottom line, they sure don't make us feel at home - as if they are doing us a favor by letting us stay here.

We have lived here long enough and this is the first time that we are regretting being here.
