terrible place to live DO NOt RECOMMEND !

What a terrible place to live, i do not recommend it at all - management are awful especialy the new lady managing avalon grove, rude, arrogant and completly unprofessional, will enter your apartment illegaly without your authorization, when you complain they are so rude they just do not take you seriously with an attitude if you dont like it go somewhere else, i have never lived in such an awful place ever, looks nice from outside but inside is a different story, nice when they are trying to get you to take out a lease but that all changes moments contracts are signed, they then become rude, arrogant and very un-cooperative and if you want to exstend your lease they will then increase your monthly paymenys by a ridiculous amount. Inside all fixtures and fittings are very tired looking and in need of an update, walls are paper thin you can hear everything going on from the apartments surrounding you making it difficult to sleep at night and all be it sometimes very embarrasing, elevators are never working making it very difficult if you have shopping let alone children, if your friends or family park outside for a moment too long even if they know they are visiting they will have them towed without even bothering to ask you to move first, its just so unbelievable, their attitude and customer service was shocking, much better apartments around, Avalon have had their day, do not move there if you can help it, believe me you will regret it and have made a big mistake, its just terrible!

A letter from management stating that a former manager was let go for credit card fraud. What he was doing was taking the credit information from the credit application you fill out for an apartment and opening up credit card accounts. This was happening while he was the manager of Avalon Bedford (Avalon no longer owns or manages this property) and Avalon Glen. The letter also went out to some resident at Avalon Grove.(Avalon no longer owns Avalon Grove they are just the management company now. I think they are trying to manage it in to the ground.)
Why would the letter go out to Avalon Grove if that manager never worked at Avalon Grove? It might have something to do with that the Assistant Manager at both of those properties. Who is now the current manager at Avalon Grove. Every thing you read about Avalon Grove in the last year is true. I hate it here. I canâ??t wait to leave. My lease is up next month and trust me I am leaving. Now I need to run a credit report every six months. Stay clear of any Avalon if you really like to sleep at night or like running a credit report every month â?¦
