I dunno if i am the only one experiencing this, but i have no hot water. it's lukewarm at most. I have noly been here for a month, and luckily i am moving in a week. I would never ever ever recomend this apartment building. Besides from the zero hot water problem, i just feel like the building....or my apt. rather, has not been maintained well. you deff. could find a better apt. for the same or less $$.

Agreed water is cold and management never seem bothered as with everything else its too much trouble, really terrible apartments and place to live I'm moving as soon as my lease is up!
