Great loaction, some lovely maintenance staff but all in all, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Noise, poor quality of kitchen fittings, lack of hot water, concierge never around and always late, security doors / gates either broken for weeks or they won't open when they should, pool late opening in the summer, pathways not salted in the winter, not enough people give a s*** despite the fact that you're paying A LOT and it's your HOME.

Leasing Office staff wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the ---.

If they did, no change, because they don't care and they don't want to be bothered.

Residents with problems are an inconvienience.

Calls to corporate don't get you a call back.

Someone is clearly working hard to be this poor.

It doesn't just happen on its own.

Someone high up needs firing because this mess is their responsibility.

We're moving!

i agree do not live here it is the most terrible place we have ever lived especially for the money they charge, the manager Diana needs firing she just can not be bothered with tenants, problems that occur and is just plain rude, the place is falling apart, in this economy you would think they would be bending over backwards for their tenants, sadly its not so they simply dont care and see you as an inconvenience when ever there is an issue, simply shocking place to live!
