Ridiculous 30 page lease, you have no rights, the leasing office staff is beligerant and rude.

The place is a mess, the "color scheme" is appalling and the colors clash with each other.

I could go on - but there's no point. DON'T MOVE IN HERE - YOU WILL REGRET IT.
