I lived there for 1 year. The elevators are slwo in the morning, so give yourself sometime to get to the garage if you don't want to take the stairs. The alarms went off frequently. The walls are very thin and I kept hearing the message my neighbor left on his answering machine and the messages that were left for him. I always knew when he woke up and wanted his giflfriend to make him some coffee. The walls were honestly the thinnest they could be. The birds in the morning were very annoying. So, if noise doesn't bother you it's OK. The building is nice. The evening concienger is excellent. The parking gagrage is good but there really isn't anywhere for your guests to park.
Watch them on your deposit! Make sure they know that you know that if they don't give it back to you within thirty days, under CT law they owe you double!!!
