I disagree with the majority of the previous comments. The building itself is new, which means that construction isn't what it used to be. It does not matter what apartment building or condo you live in, you will hear your neighbors!
The amenities in the building are the best in Stamford - the health club is great, the grounds, party areas and outdoor barbeques are again fantastic for the summer - find me another building around here where you can actually have a barbeque !!!
The people - a big time mix between young professionals, young families and the lower end of the rental market. You get a mix in here and that is what I think makes the building nice. If you want a no noise building go and live across the road at the Grove, but do not turn on your stereo or even think about having people over on a Friday/Saturday night!
Yes, it would be great if they could speed up the elevators....Parking lot doors break in every building also so stop whinging about this. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
