Just moved in several weeks ago and things are great. The maintenance staff is quite repsonsive as my lightbulb was changed in 10 minutes. The residents are very friendly and always say hello on elevator and in passing.
The ammenities are superb and well maintained. Comming from NY the rent prices seem extremely cheap. The apt is like new with all new appliances! Enjoy the balcany overlooking the pool,
