I moved into Greyrock over a year ago. After reading many of the reviews, I feel that people tend to jump the gun in their acusations and bad mouthing. Sure the place is not perfect, but I worked in Property Management for years and know what it is like. They do try, and the new manager is quite helpful and WAY better than the other brain dead ones that have been there in the past. All issues in my tenure here have been addressed fast.. elevators are slow, especially the front one.... but there are two in the rear of the building which are always available. Maintenance staff has had some changes, but seems to be stable and ready to assist.
