If you asked the maintenance to fix something, it takes forever till the job is done.
I have many maintenance problems with the apartment, one of them is the AC, it runs very loud like someone banged it with metals. The 1st maintenance staff came to fix it, the next day water from the AC leaked badly all over the place on the walls and the carpets. Another maintenance came, give us a very loud water vacuum machine and asked us to run it for 2 days and 2 nights. Then the banging sound from the AC came back again 4 days after, they said it s nothing wrong WHAT' Nothing wrong with it'''
Can t you hear the noise or just don t care'
For 3 weeks they couldn t find the way to get rid of the sound. Ridiculous!!!
So we moved to another the apartment in the same building with its own problems the lights are broken all the time, the pipe of the toilet leaked, they came after the 3rd day and just wrap the pipe with a tape after few minutes they gone, the water leaks again and the maintenance list goes on and on and on ..
Do they really know how to fix things around here' Once a maitenance staff told me in the elevator that they are busy all the time with fixing well guys with all cheapest equipments you can find in the apartment and your incompetencies, no wonder there are lots of fixing to do!!!
Once you moved in, everything & everyone seems kinda nice, wait a while you ll find lots and lots of problems here!!! believe me!!!
