I cannot wait until my lease is over ..I have not reached a year and I cannot wait to move..The staff in the leasing office are unprofessional..when they see you on the elevator they never say hello. My tub became clogged twice and I dont use any products to clog a shower ..makes you wonder. The rooms are too small when I moved in I requested a clean carpet..within the next week all the dirt lifted up that the quickly shampooed.(Oh and on my move in day the carpet was wet ..I had to put towels down for my movers) The walls are thin and you always here your neighbors..I can go on and on for days but Please !!!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!

Agreed the most dreadful place to live I have also heard so many complaints about them from friends that have left or can't wait to leave, the management are terrible & the manager Dianna is a rude, arrogant disaster, who ever put her in charge needs their heads testing. you will live to regret it if you move in.

This building was so different six years ago when we moved in. The problem is managemenet let go the leasing staff and employees whom were making a decent salary and had an education and in return has hired employees from a third world country whom are uneducated cannot speak english and just dont care. On top of that their is a section 8 group of welfare receipents whom came from the projects in the south bronx and not make this their home. Weekends are a complete disaster when the possies from the Bronx come to swim in our pool and use our barbeques. STAY CLEAR we are on our way out too. CORPORATE DOES NOT EVEN RESPOND TO CONCERNS....

its bizarre, i have a feeling that Diana girl is specificaly put in there as she can obviously realate to these section 8 people and is on a mission to bring greyrock on its knees, just like she did as Avalon Grove where she was very disliked and many people left due to her.

To: First and foremost, I hate that heffer Manager. She's totally disconnected. The Asst. Manager is a monkey see monkey do so in so. Now to Anonymous #1 dated 6/4/09 & Anonymous #2 6/22/09. Its always laughable to hear certain parties who think of themselves as being a "better class of people" because of their race or because they can afford what some others cannot. You two ignorant uneducated ass-holes speak about certain ones in the building as being on "section-8" and coming from the South-Bronx. Oh do you two have personal info on them. Did leasing disclose this information to you? Do you know what nationality these recipients are or do you ASSume that just because they are "section-8" recipients they are low-lives. There is a lot to know about the program. Families can have a household income of $50,000 for example and still need rental assistance(S-8)but you two wouldn't give a ----. You fools are all about stereo-typing others because you maybe blessed, more than others in providing for yourselves. You two are fragments of a whole slew of sick "BIGOTS" who share the same stereotype. Just note if you are going to label someone as being a degenerate and knocking the Bronx, then the least you two fools can do is spell "MANAGEMENT," RECIPIENTS, THERE & don't correctly. You are just two paranoid S.O.B's. who like most America, tries to instill fear into "narrow minded thinking individuals" such as yourself. You speak of someone being uneducated, coming from a "third world Country," Do you really consider yourself as being educated? and as far as the Bronxites taking over the pool-you are a damn liar. It's funny, all I see lying around the pool are certain ones trying to get a tan.
