They always rip you off

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
We have lived here for more than 4 years and even though the same apartment costs less than 50% of our rental, there has been no consideration at all. The worst part is the rip off from the 12 month lease rental, go elsewhere unless you have money to throw
