The reviewer who says "I LOVE it" must not live in this complex. Here are the facts:
>Several management changes in 12 months. each set worse than the one before
>Dianna the leasing agent is a liar - she is screwing people in another Avalon "communities" now
>Tim is indeed a retard
>After only 12 months half of the facilities are damaged or failing - faucets, pool table, broken pipes/doors/elevators
>There is dogsh1t all over the place
>The hallways are hardly ever cleaned
>Walls are incredibly thin. You can hear a mouse farting three floors up
