A good place, but we have a problem with one of the employees. You will too.

This place has been great to live in and everyone has been very nice to us. The only issue we've had is with someone named Janet, who supposedly fills the role of a "concierge". Other than that....everything else is cool - the parking, pool, marina, all works out really well. Despite Janet, Avalon appear to be a good place to live so far.
