I currently rent a 2BR from 1 of the buyers of the condo, and will be moving out when my lease is up. The problems being thin walls(noisy), too many dogs (wrecked the courtyard grass), crowded laundry room and perpetually broken elevators which seem to be permanently prepared for someone to move with the blakets always hanging up.
It's not what it appears to be nor what I thought I was paying for.
