First off, I am a man of convenience and discerning when it comes to where I live. That said, the Biltmore continues to be a great place to live. The building is structurly sound, (I had it thouroughly inspected), the windows are big and impress guests, the hallways and laundry room are clean and maintained, the core security staff are friendly and helpful, there is front-desk access to no-hassle same day laundry/dry-cleaning service (available Mon-Friday), additional room for secure storage on the 3rd floor, great courtyard, residents who are working professionals, and perhaps the most ideal location for downtown Stamford, adjacent to the Stamford Town Center mall, walking distance to the train, as well as many restaurants, bars, and business. Love it.

I completely agree with the resident who posted this message. I too enjoy the luxury and convenience of living at the Biltmore, and would recommend this location to anyone.
