so bad i broke my lease

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
apartment leaked: wood floor bubbled and walls discoloured. mold growing inside ancient AC unit and under floor

noisy: church is on the ground so theres bells on sunday, and the fire station is on the same block. they get a lot of 3AM calls

drug dealers called this home. not sure if they do now but wouldnt take the risk if i were you. still home to less than desirable (section 8) tennants
