I've read these other reviews and it seems to me that they must have been living in another apartment community. Here's the skinny. CG is not a "high-end" community with lots of bells and whistles (raquetball courts, swimming pool, etc. So if those things are important to you then this is not a place for you. But if you're a working professional (especially one commuting to NYC) that wants a clean, convenient and quiet place to rest after a long day or long week of work then this is the place for you. Plus you can even save $200-$400/month over other similar communities. Since it's a mixed use (comm. & res.) the underground parking is always ample especially evenings and weekends. The train station, restaurants and bars on Bedford Street, Stamford Town Center mall are all within easy walking distance.
