the building style has modern simple lines - it won an award for architectual asthetics because it is so well done. I would call it a nice home because the apartments are clean and spacious. The windows are double thick and so the insides are quiet - not noisy in the apartment even on broad street. The location is convienent and the courtyard is pretty - the church and fountain on site are special features too.

The leasing team really seems to care about the community too.... that is always a nice at-home gesture.
