Fantastic Loft apartment

The loft apartments on the 6th floor are really nice, with great light and the feeling of spaciousness. The management company is generally responsive and they have someone onsight to address concerns and problems. Also, the proximity to the train station and to 95 cannot be beaten and there is an elevator and a doorman at 1 canterbury green that can recieve packages for you.
On the downside, the building is close to the firehouse and so it can be quite loud at times. Some of the appliances in the kitchen are outdated.
Overall, a great apartment for the dollars.
