I have lived at Canterbury Green for a year now. I originally had many problems with heating in my unit. The property manager, Harold Stevens, bent over backward to try to fix my problems. We brainstormed a variety of solutions but none of them worked. He eventually arranged to have me move to another unit in the building and held the new unit for me until it was convenient for me to move. I have gone to him with many problems over the past year and each time he has been nothing but responsive and diligent. I have never encountered such professionalism and dedication to tenants from other landlords.

In terms of the actual building, it is an ideal place to live, especially considering the comparatively low rent prices. It is right in downtown Stamford (steps from everything) and the units are relatively new and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Canterbury Green to anyone looking to rent in Stamford.
