I'm surprised by some of these postings. i am currently renting here and have found the management to be unresponsive when I have brought issues to their attention such as:
1. noisy neighbors
2. smells in the hallways
3. non-working apt. temperature control
4. stove burners not all working
2 months ago my bathroom ceiling fell in because the apt above pipes broke and it took mgt 2 weeks to fix.
I am not going to renew my lease and will not accept any "miscellaneous" charges from the mgt. on my exit as I know they have done to others.
