Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Management Company does not care about residential customers. They are focused on their core business (Commercial Rentals). The common areas are in desperate need of renovation. And the beautiful fountain area is full of loud teenagers and young adults from the low income building down the street on warm evenings. The are is trashed various alcohol bottles, cigar containers, cigarettes, etc..
