Good deal (for Stamford) but what a nightmare! Management (in particular girls in leasing office) is arrogant, unhelpful, annoyd when asked for something, lie to avoid doing anything, not responsive at all, and with an IQ close to "0". The place is not quite clean overall and always looks like it is being repaired - painting is going away everywhere. One guy even collects trash and leaves it in front of his door. The management, aware of this and knowing the guy, still doesn't do anything except leaving notices to the entire floor. They promised to get rid of the trash several times but never did. Noise and smell can be a problem from time to time but nobody does/says anything. Appartment is correct but required many maintenance trips before everything would work properly. One interesting thing is that they stick the carpet to the floor by putting inverted nails under the carpet. Be careful to your feet! There is little storage space. Air conditioning is not extremely efficient so people leave it on all the time... it's like having a helicoptere in the appartment 100% of the time. Parking is ok but small. Again... Good deal (for Stamford) but what a nightmare!
