Inexpensive for the area- but many cons. Management is horrible. They are unorganized, do not follow up, and are overall not helpful. The maintenance is not as quick as they it is. The washing machines are always broken. They also outsource this so their own managment team cannot fix the problem. They only allow 1 parking space for each apt (even if you have a 3 bedroom). The waiting list is long even though there is an entire empty gravel lot not being used. The apt itself is good for what you are paying for and the lobby is presentable. The gym is small and constantly smells like BO- beware. Too many kids running aroudn the parking lot and the bus stop in front of the buildign holds up traffic in the mornign for a good 10 minutes. Overall- if you are desperate and broke, move here. If not, spend the extra couple hundred on a better NON AVALON place.
