cockroaches and ants all over

we moved into a "brand new" apts. first ones in and looks so nice and clean. shortly after we moved in we got ants all over the kitchen, now its changed to cockroaches all over the whole apt! bedrooms, bathroom and infesting the kitchen. so i dont cook anymore! the exterminator has supposedly come 3 times, no reciept of ever showing and we are still living with more and more cockroaches every day! Dont move here! all the other things that are said are true as well! office- mean, rude, short. elevators broken. washing machines sooo dirty mildew and stinky!
