I have lived in 6 apartment complexes, and this one is by far the worst. Here's a few of the wonderful amenities...

- After 7pm, parking is not available!
- The parking spots are so narrow, you are guaranteed plenty of scratches & dings!
- There is practically no insulation in the building, and you cannot control your apartment's temperaute, so it's kind of like living outdoors!
- Those nice shiney hardwood floors...you have to cover them up with area rugs (check the lease!). Even when you do, you will still hear the tenants above you having sex and the baby & children below you singing, screaming, and crying every day! You can even hear their phone conversations!

But wait, there's more....
- The management couldn't care less about you.
- The parking lot does not get plowed in the winter.
- The other tenants allow their little children to play in the halls, and bounce balls off your door.
- When you throw your garbage in the dumpster, there is a bum standing there waiting to pick through your garbage once you walk away.
- The elevator is more of a decoration more than a convenience, since it is usually not functioning.
- And, the gym sucks.

Come join us!

The bottom line is, this place is about $50 cheaper per mo. than other places in Stamford, but it's just not worth it. This place is horrible.
