The apartments here are the cheapest you'll find in Stamford. Alot of people complain about noise and different kind of people living here, it's what happens when you chose to rent in an apartment building. No matter where you rent, whether it's here or an Avalon you'll still get noise problems. I think this place is great. The management office is very nice seem interested in helping when ever there is a problem.
