Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I call at least once a month (and sometimes twice a week) to get sprayed to get rid of the roaches in my kitchen. Management can't seem to get rid of them no matter how many times they try (or claim to).

Unless you want to jump everytime you walk in your kitches at night, I recommend not living here.
