I just came across this website and cannot believe all of the complaints that I have heard. I have lived here for 5 years and am not planning on moving until I can afford to buy a home around here! I never thought that management was rude to me, but maybe that was because I was very nice and calm in the way I approached them. People are usually treated back the same way they were treated first (did that make sense') I was in the office a few times and I would never be able to put up with some of the rude, overly demanding, and not so bright people that I saw attacking the management staff. As far as bugs go, a friend of mine used to work for a pest control company and the only way there can be bugs such as cockroaches in an apartment is if you bring them in yourself. So before I went into the office screaming about bugs, I would think twice because they or whomever is standing by is just going to know what a dirty, disgusting person you are! So all complainers out there, if you would like to have a very happy living experience like I do, 1)clean your apartments and don't be so dirty and 2)be nice, straighforward and pleasant and just like anything in life when you ask you will receive! There was one last thing that I noticed about these comments. Most of you with these complaints have lived here for @ least 2 years. Why don't you move if you are so unhappy' My friend's daughter works at one of the Avalon's here in Stamford. Maybe you would all like to spend 2K a month rent, not including utilities and still continue to be unhappy. Goodnight to all of you negative people! Don't worry, be happy!
