This place is absolutely disgusting in every possible way. Don't ever live here.

1. Cockroaches everywhere- they "bait" them but they ALWAYS come back. Nice coming home to a kitches full of them everywhere- in food, stove, counters, dishwasher, etc.

2. Filthy neighbors- the building smells to badly because it's old, people are filthly and everyone leaves their garbage in their apt. till it rots

3. Overoccupied apartments- isn't it illegal to stuff 10 people in a two bedroom apartment' - leasing office doesn't seem to think so. Image the smell, filth, mess- it is a cockroach breeding ground at its best.

4. Rent isn't overly, but for the same price, you don't have cochroaches, noise or filthly people around you. Plus, I hate paying so much money when I have so many roommates (that is roaches).

5. Noise level is unbearable at times - all hardwood floors so every step sounds like someone dropped a large object, walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor snoring

6. Parking is ridiculous- enjoy walking four blocks if you don't get home by 7 or pay an outrageous amount for parking

7. Leasing office - THE RUDEST, MOST OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE you'll ever meet. They never return your calls and never help out to resolve any problem you have in your apartment.

8. Maintenance is somewhat helpful until you get to the cockroach problem- then forget it. They can never get rid of them
