Buildings have a lot of character. Beautiful Hardwood floors! Drug store, postal boxes, Dunkin Donuts, and bus stop on nearby cross streets. Police station and courthouse located across the street. Very safe neighboorhood. 5 min walk to downtoen Stamford. Each building has it own storage and laundry room in the basement. Maintance staff is very courteous and effective. Only problem is the parking and the small elevator. Parking garages are available, but very limited and cost $80/month. There are not enogh non-garage parking spots in the complex and you have to fight for a spot on the street or park a block or two away. The elevators are very small and it is very difficult to move furniture in and out. Overall, this is a really nice apartment complex and a great location!
