I recently found this website and thought I would look up some apartments I had lived in. I was surprised that Ceebraid Signal still runs these apts. I thought by now the tenants would stormed their office and thrown them out. They were the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I think the only thing that the renters can do is form an association and bring proceedings against them. They are utterly unresponsive to any requests for help. They are rude and disagreeable. I was so very happy to leave (in 2001).
