The Apartments are very nice. Hardwood floors tall ceilings and Located near many shops. The neighborhood is very safe (Might have something to do with living near the police Department). The rent is reasonable for Stamford. The grounds are kept up very nicely. One problem is noise. The echoes billow from all directions. More and more of the residents are 20 somethings that like to party. This leads to problems because of the noise. You literally hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor makes if they don't take their shoes off. This in my opinion is poor quality of life. Parking is a big problem if you don't get home by 5pm. I was towed for parking in the drugstore parking lot.
