Not bad inner city living

Years at this apartment: 1992 - 1995
 
Very convenient to downtown. I lived there for three years before the real estate boom in Stamford, and it was within walking distance to everything.

Parking was a hassle. Maint. sucked, and the apt was like a prison cell (cinder block walls covered by cement).
