NO, straight NO. Do not rent here. They'll be nice until you sign then thats it. You can hear EVERYTHING, bird flying outside, you can hear it vividly. They are slow to response (if they response at all), noise starts at 6:45am with the pipes and ends at about 11-12 at night when the kid stops running. I've been in 5 other apartments and this by far is the shady-est-est. There I've saved you.
