The building is older and the hallways can stink but overall not a terrible place to live. I haven't come across bugs and noise levels seem tolerable. The absolute worst thing about the building is the water pressure. If you live on an upper floor, expect to have little to no running water between 7:30AM and 9:00AM (the morning rush)4 out of 5 work days. If that is an issue for you stay away, because I am not exagerrating. If you take showers at night or work off hours, you should have less of a problem.
