I have just moved out of Hoyt Bedford and bought a house. I was there for 6 years and like it very much. I referred to family memebers and one still lives there. I had a couple of issues with appliances over the years which always happens and they took care of everything in a timely manner. I do recommend this place, maybe I am one of the few that were happy with there stay and decided to write about it.
