I stayed in hoyt bedford appartment 112 1A for year and half and my stay every day was miserable.
I would give 0 on any rating for following reasons.

The staff is far from courteous. Forget about help if you expect any from these people here. all of them i repeat all of them have huge arrogance and negligence. I was cheated in the deal when they promised me one months rent free which they turned there back on when the actual end of lease came.
parking is nightmare and expect to walk half a mile every day to find parking spot on the street. There are no parking rules what so ever in the community. some tenants park 3-4 cars in the parking lots leaving other tenants with no space even to park one car.

If you expect pleasant stay in gr8 city of stamford and you rent this place just with pretence of staying near the downtown you are in for a very big mistake.

I would strongly recomend to rent something on washington street or the some appartment listed on craigslist on strawberry hill ave. stay away from hoyt appartments.
