I live at 112 Hoyt St. and have, for the most part, had a very good experience there. The apartment is huge; the hardwood floors are beautiful. I've only had two problems in the more than two years I've lived here, and the maintenance staff was very responsive, arriving within 10 minutes of my call. The location is very convenient. I almost always find parking right outside the building. A few times/year I have had to park on Hoyt St. on the other side of Morgan St., but it's only a 1 minute walk. I actually haven't had the same problems other people complained about on this site...
