There are definitely positive aspects to living here: my apartment is beautiful and the location is great. I have enjoyed it! However, with absolutely no exaggeration, the parking situation is a mess. If you don't get back before 8:00 you will not have a parking spot. Even if there are parking spots, they are SO tiny and impossible to get into. My side mirror was all but disconnected from my car from someone else's attempt at parking. It is very challenging to get laundry done, and expensive. The hallway also carries a great deal of oder, it is very unpleasant. The staff is very hands off. Twice I had massive leaks in my ceiling (living room and bathroom). While they were fixed, it was done haphazardly and will likely happen again any day now. For the amount of rent that they charge, I recommend finding somewhere else in the area.
