dealing with parking is a nightmare, even though a parking was assured by the stuff at the time of renting, they refuse to solve the problem of parking, if you are not in by 4/5 pm, parking is very far way , specially in the winter or bad weather it could be a night mare,

maintenance people do not seem to understand privacy, they have the keys to the appartment, and they try to come in disregarding your privacy sometime just put a bell and then use their key right away to open the door wide open on you, apparently they feel it is their right to enter your apartment as they wish. at the end i ended up putting my own lock at the door to stop it.

the appartment itself is not good, cheap hard floor, which began to have bump at least 3/4 places,(and last time they refused to fix it) very bad washroom, slow commode, now they put a very slow shower head as well which takes 2 times more to take shower now. the electric lines are poorly designed, the freeze is very old and is put in the same line with other utilities , so I can't use my water boiler, or other electric utilities and microwave at the same time, otherwise the fuze goes off for all utilities including the freeze, I already had to handle with very old stove even though they replace it at request, the old one was dangerous to use at its best.

everybody seems to know the lock code of the appartment building, it is NOT safe,
the stuff behaviour is very rude, once they get you in, you are not in their priority, the other day i saw a tenants car was towed illegally and they seem to be at fighting literally by hand.

with this amount of renting, its better to look somewhere else.
