I lived in a one bedroom from fall 2001 to the summer of 2002 when I left the state. The apartment building is attractive enough but located in a rough-looking area, which may be why no one uses the balcanies; they were all eerily bare the whole time I lived there, and I never saw anyone out on one. Also, privacy is an issue, as the apartments are noise conductors, I had a confrontation with a nextdoor neighbor who kept blaring his stereo through my livingroom wall. Later, the guy living beneath me came up to complain that "he could hear everything I was doing".

The staff is responsive, whenever anything goes wrong, it's fixed. And a good thing. Every time my toilet overflowed, it apparently caused a flood in the apartment below. The construction is not the best, but probably normal for region. Also, no service elevator, they double the passenger elevator's for move ins, so expect a long wait for the elevator. Apartment is small and ridiculously overpriced, but that is normal for this area. All the fixtures worked well. The staff was friendly. Have no other apartments in this region to compare to,NBC may be one of the better ones, but still doesn't change experience there. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
