Look elsewhere, overpriced and the neighborhood isn't worth living in

Liar management. (Just look at the last few reviews. Do you think the management wrote those')
Parking is tight and I do have a few dings to prove it. Management didn't tell me that only 1 gym pass would be given to us so my husband has to pay extra. Overall I'm glad I am moving out. I do not feel safe in this neighborhood at night and I really think they could improve the place by hiring some ethical managers.

You couldn't be more wrong. I lived in this complex for over 4 years and didn't have a single problem. The underground parking (which is free for 1 car) has some of the largest parking stalls that I have ever seen. The management team, especially Gerald and Tim couldn't have been more accomodating. The maintenence is impecible -- work orders are completed the same day you request service. I would buy an appartment in this building if I could. The neighborhood behind the complex a little scetchy however I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around late at night and alone anywhere in down town Stamford. There are multiple new building projects in the surrounding areas; builders are buying older properties, knocking them down, and putting up apartments ranging from 500k-1mm right across the street. I can't say enough positive things about this complex. There is a little store, a dry cleaner, a free gym (which, by the way, used to be owned and operated by 4 Seasons -- now free to all residents), year round pool, tennis courts, free laundry on every floor. Seriously -- the person who wrote the response above couldn't be more wrong. I highly recommend!!!
